Publication ethics

Authors

By submitting materials to the Editorial board, the Author guarantees that he/she has the copyright of the manuscript and gives his/her permission to publish the text and metadata of the article (including the names of the authors, their affiliations and the e-mail of corresponding author) in the journal, particularly to distribute in printed version, to spread electronic copies on the Internet on the sites of the Journal and specialized databases (including scientometric), to translate the manuscript into any language. The Authors reserve the right to use the published material, its fragments and parts for teaching materials, oral presentations, dissertation thesis prepararion with obligatory bibliographic citation of the original paper. But, reproduction of published information by third parties in any form, including translation into other languages, is possible only with the consent of the Editorial office with the obligatory bibliographic reference indication.

When submitting a manuscript to the Editorial board, Authors guarantee that they have materials with similar content neither previously published nor submitted for consideration in other scientific editions. Otherwise, the Authors provide information on the previous publication of the data contained in the article.

Principles of professional ethics in the Editor and Publisher activities

Editor

- when reviewing manuscripts, the editor gives priority to the reliability of the results and the scientific significance of the work;

- the evaluation of the manuscript is made without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, origin, citizenship, social status or political preferences of authors;

- before the article is published, its results neither are used in the editor's own interests, nor are they disclosed to third parties (other than reviewers);

- manuscripts with violations of ethical principles are not accepted for publication;

- the editor necessarily considers all possible complaints and appeals related to the process of reviewing and publishing manuscripts.

Reviewer

- observes the principles of confidentiality and does not divulge the contents of documents submitted for review to third parties;

- undertakes to objectively evaluate manuscripts, providing only substantiated, reasoned comments without personal assessment.

- if the specialization of the assessed manuscript does not match, and if there is a conflict of interest, the reviewer informs the editor-in-chief.

Author

- is responsible for the reliability of the data presented in the manuscript, as well as for the absence of situations regarded as ‘Research malpractice’;

- is responsible for the manuscript not being submitted to other editions and not being published before current submission. Hiding the fact of publication of results in other journals is unacceptable. If authors wish to re-publish the results of the research in other languages (translation), the permission of the article’s original version publisher is required.

- when submitting a manuscript by the authors' team, all persons who made a significant contribution to the writing of the manuscript are indicated, gratitude is given to persons who contribute to the work, but have no grounds for joining the authors.

- bibliographic references list all relevant studies in the field that have influenced the design of the study and the interpretation of the results. With any mention of the results of other studies, or theoretical assumptions, it is necessary to provide a reference to the primary source (quoting literature reviews which refer to these primary sources should be avoided). Unreasonable (inappropriate by subject) citations of both own and other works are unacceptable.

- when errors, misprints and other inaccuracies are detected in their work both in the process of reviewing the manuscript and after its publication, the author is obliged to inform the editor-in-chief.
