Editorial policy

All scientific articles submitted to the journal are peer reviewed. The editors use a double-blind review model, in which neither the author nor the reviewer is informed about each other's identity. Until the article is published, the reviewer does not divulge its contents and does not express publicly personal opinions on the information contained therein. If the reviewer considers it necessary to return the author to the article for revision, the editor evaluates the nature of the comments and takes decisions on this issue. After author’s revision the article re-passes the review.

The editors reserve the right to reduce and correct articles, including changes in style, but not the content of the work. The changes are made with the consent of the author.
